You have to connect any Video Source to Vulkano, e.g; Cable box, Satellite receiver etc. Yes, you can use a video pass-through from Vulkano to connect the video out to TV, but if the video source has more than One Video Output you can use one with Vulkano and another directly to the TV.
In order to Reset Vulkano kindly follow these steps.
- Plug in the Power to Vulkano.
- Wait for 1 Minute.
- Press and Hold the Reset Button on the back panel of Vulkano for 10 Seconds or until the LED on the Top Panel of Vulkano Turns RED.
- Release the button and let Vulkano boot. It will take around a minute. (During the reboot process Status of LED will be RED , Blinking Green then Off, Until it gets an IP Address, Once it will get an IP Address the LED will turn Green).
Now Vulkano is in Factory Reset Mode and you can Reconfigure it for Local and Remote viewing.
Both VULKANO and Client sides should be able to send and receive from remote UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports - if this is needed for firewall configuration; with the exact destination addresses. If this is impossible due to corporative firewall policy, there is no way to connect VULKANO remotely, as all the connectivity is being achieved via the P2P servers on these ports.
If you have a firewall on client or VULKANO sides, the firewall should open UDP activity on both directions to and from remote and local for the above mentioned ports.
Kindly note regarding these ports: If Vulkano or Client stays behind a NAT, these ports should be mapped on the NAT, otherwise firewall doesn't allow traffic on required ports even if they are opened (if it sees external port as another than these ports).
Conclusion If a client is behind NAT and firewall, then the complete client configuration needed is: firewall to open UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports for incoming and outgoing traffic, NAT to forward UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports to the PC's UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports. This should work.
The eject button is used to remove the USB DVD player. Otherwise, upgrade to release r5386, function is available through "option" button.

Ziehen Sie das Stromkabel vom N200 ab.
Stecken Sie jetzt den USB Stick in den N200.
Drücken Sie die Power Taste am N200 und halten Sie diese gedrückt.
Jetzt das Stromkabel wieder mit dem N200 verbinden.
Nach etwa 5 Sekunden können Sie die Power Taste loslassen – die Firmwareinstallation startet nach kurzer Zeit.
Nach erfolgter Firmwareinstallation startet das Gerät neu. (Beim Update auf Firmware 4133 startet das System bis zu drei Mal)
Nach erfolgtem Neustart ist wieder das Startmenü zu sehen, in dem Sie
zunächst die angezeigte Sprache auswählen müssen. Jetzt können Sie den
USB Stick wieder abziehen.

4. The system will reboot after the firmware update is complete.

2. Power on the Movie Cube and connect it with the TV. Plug the USB key to the Movie Cube.
3. A message will be displayed on the top of the TV screen. Select "yes" to confirm.
4. The firmware update will start. DO NOT UNPLUG THE USB KEY DURING THE UPDATE ! Once the upgrade is done, the Movie Cube will turn off.
please reinstall firmware by using the following procedure:
STEP 1: Prepare the USB Pen Drive
You will need a USB Pen Drive for firmware installation. Copy «install.img » file from firmware foder to the root directory of your USB Pen Drive.
STEP 2: Connect the USB Pen Drive
Plug the USB Pen Drive into one of the USB HOST ports of player
STEP 3: Hold the STANDBY button
Press and hold the STANDBY button on the front panel, and do not loosen.
STEP 4: Connect the power cable
Plug the power cable into the DC IN jack, turn on power switch, wait about 5 seconds or more, and then loosen your finger on the STANDBY button.
Firmware installation will start in about 15 seconds. If it is connected to a TV set, the similar page will appear on the TV screen.
Please wait about 10 minutes, the installation will be completed.
Data partition in this model is in NTFS file system. From your Mac, you need a software (like NTFS-3G) to be able to write on NTFS partitions. Once it's done, you can then copy data directly to the Movie Cube through USB connection.

Die Modelle N200, K120, K130 and K230 können nicht mit der Fernbedienung angeschaltet werden. Diese Modelle müssen am Gerät angeschaltet werden.
Dies ist normal für diese Modelle. Wenn man Sie an einen PC anschließt, erlischt die LED und zeigt damit den Modus als USB Massenspeicher an.
Die Festplatten sind oftmal im NTFS Dateisystem formatiert. Um mit einem MAC auf ein solches Dateisystem zugreifen zu können, benötigen Sie eine Software(zum Beispiel NTFS-3G), die es ermöglicht auf NTFS Partitionen zuzugreifen. Mit Hilfe einer solchen Software können Sie Daten via USB vom MAC auf den Movie Cube kopieren.
In der Regel leigt das daran, dass der Movie Cube eine Auflösung an den Bildschirm weitergibt, die dieser nichjt unterstützt. Drücken Sie (mehrfach) die Taste "resolution" oder "TV system" auf der Fernbedienung Ihres Movie Cubes, um zu einer von Ihrem Bildschirm unterstützten Auflösung zurückzukehren.

2- Klicken Sie auf das Sharing Symbol und wählen Sie File Sharing
3- Klicken Sie auf Optionen um mehr Auswahlmöglichkeiten zu haben und prüfen Sie SMB
4- Wenn Sie die vorhergehenden Punkte abgearbeitet haben, sollten Sie mit Ihrem Movie Cube innerhalb des Netzwerkes die Shared Folders sehen können. First, connect the Scart extension to your TV

- When connected to the PC via the USB cable, please check if the Movie Cube-R is power on and wait a few minutes before the PC can detect it and install its drivers.
- If this is not the case, the issue could be caused by the assigned letters to the other drives so that it is difficult for your PC to assign a letter to the Movie Cube-R. The solution is to reassign other letters to the existing drives (use the last letters of the alphabet), restart your PC and connect the Movie Cube-R again.

4. Generell haben Lüfter zu Kühlzwecken des Chipsatz immer eine gewissen Geräuschkulisse. HDD Klackert: Hier liegt nur ein Defekt vor, wenn ein durchgehendes, sich nicht änderndes rythmisches Klackern zu hören ist und die HDD nicht am PC erkannt wird.
5. Prüfen ob der Datenträger an anderen Geräten erkannt wird
6. In der Regel ein Anwenderfehler. Die HDD zu früh von PC getrennt bzw. nicht ausgeworfen über die Windows-Option.
7. Bitte aktualisieren Sie die Firmware auf den aktuellen Stand*
8. Ist ein DVB-T Empfang in der Region überhaupt möglich? Antenne angeschlossen?
