KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER GERMANY
As Key Account you will work closely and report to the Sales Director Europe. Your main responsibilities will include mainly but not limited to:
- Responsibility of Sales, Margin through the Country
- Develop and expand business and Emtec brand image in Germany,
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and always acts with Category Management approach,
- Developing locally long-term sales strategies by following global Group guidelines,
- Constant on-going research to explore new business and channel opportunities
- Through identification of Key strategic clients (Retail, Food, specialized Retail, e-tailers)
- Continuous market analysis and competitive benchmarking
This is a key role within the organization. This individual should be a committed and inspirational leader, capable of forging strong links with key stakeholders at group level.
The successful candidate would be an individual with a Problem solver approach, fast in execution of sales goals in fixed short time period imposed by the short life cycle period of Electronics products.
Additional, our desired Sales Manager should have:
- Several years of experience and proven success in sales and business development
- Skilled in multi-channel approach,
- Strong Negotiator and good presenter,
- Able to guide deals through up to closure,
- Assertiveness and strength of conviction,
- Dynamic personality with self-starter qualities and Highly self-motivated,
- Entrepreneurial thinking and working with strategic and creative mindset
- High respect of the rules and committed person.
