U800 Wi-Fi connection: The Power Connect is not visible via Wi-Fi from my computer/tablet/smartphone.

Wi-Fi connection

  1. Make sure the Power Connect is not connected to an USB Port.
  2. Make sure the Wi-Fi is activated on the Power Connect (Blue Wi-Fi LED must remain permanently on).

Reset the Power Connect if the LED doesn't turn permanently on after 30 seconds (device turned ON, not connected to a computer via USB).
Reset function does not erase the data on the disk. It will restore to default settings.
