You can retrieve the User Name and Password of your Vulkano from PlayerSettings.xml File of your Old Laptop.

You have to connect any Video Source to Vulkano, e.g; Cable box, Satellite receiver etc. Yes, you can use a video pass-through from Vulkano to connect the video out to TV, but if the video source has more than One Video Output you can use one with Vulkano and another directly to the TV.
In order to Reset Vulkano kindly follow these steps.
- Plug in the Power to Vulkano.
- Wait for 1 Minute.
- Press and Hold the Reset Button on the back panel of Vulkano for 10 Seconds or until the LED on the Top Panel of Vulkano Turns RED.
- Release the button and let Vulkano boot. It will take around a minute. (During the reboot process Status of LED will be RED , Blinking Green then Off, Until it gets an IP Address, Once it will get an IP Address the LED will turn Green).
Now Vulkano is in Factory Reset Mode and you can Reconfigure it for Local and Remote viewing.
Both VULKANO and Client sides should be able to send and receive from remote UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports - if this is needed for firewall configuration; with the exact destination addresses. If this is impossible due to corporative firewall policy, there is no way to connect VULKANO remotely, as all the connectivity is being achieved via the P2P servers on these ports.
If you have a firewall on client or VULKANO sides, the firewall should open UDP activity on both directions to and from remote and local for the above mentioned ports.
Kindly note regarding these ports: If Vulkano or Client stays behind a NAT, these ports should be mapped on the NAT, otherwise firewall doesn't allow traffic on required ports even if they are opened (if it sees external port as another than these ports).
Conclusion If a client is behind NAT and firewall, then the complete client configuration needed is: firewall to open UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports for incoming and outgoing traffic, NAT to forward UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports to the PC's UDP 56123, TCP 56123 & TCP 49177 ports. This should work.
1. Copia il file ‘install.img’ nella directory principale di una flashdrive completamente vuota.
2. Inserire la flashdrive in una porta USB di Movie Cube, quindi scegliere dal menu principale di Movie cube "Setup" e, successivamente, "Sistema".
3. Selezionare la voce "Aggiornamento sistema". Apparirà la schermata soprastante. Premere il tasto ENTER presente sul telecomando.
4. Il sistema verrà riavviato e partirà consecutivamente l'aggiornamento del sistema. SI PREGA DI NON RIMUOVERE LA FLASHDRIVE DURANTE L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL SISTEMA !
All’interno della directory principale di una flashdrive inserire i files "install.img" e “install.dat” in formato Zip, non cercare di decomprimere i files.
Togilere il cavo di alimentazione da N200.
Inserire la flashdrive in una porta usb di N200.
Premere il tasto di accensione di N200.
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione mentre il tasto di accensione viene ancora mentenuto premuto.
Dopo circa 5 secondi rilasciare il tasto di accensione. L’installazione del nuovo firmware inizierà dopo qualche secondo.
Se il firmware è installato correttamente il dispositivo effettuarà per 3 volte il reboot.
Dopo aver effettuato il reboot apparirà a schermo il menu impostazioni dove scegliere la lingua. E’ ora possibile rimuovere la flashdrive collegata. L’installazione è completa
1-Aprire il menu “System preferences” del dispositivo MAC (via Dock)
2- Cliccare l’icona “Sharing icon” (condivisione) e “Select File Sharing”
3- Cliccare “Option” (opzioni) per ottenere una maggiore scelta per la condivisione, quindi selezionare SMB
4- Una volta effettuati i passaggi precendenti, da Moviecube N200 andare nel menu “Rete” (network) e le cartelle condivise saranno visualizzate. Se così non fosse selezionare « My shortcuts » e premere il tasto del telecomando « option » per aggiungere direttamente l’indirizzo IP del dispositivo Mac.
1. Copiare il file « SMC7828.AP » all’interno di una flashdrive vuota. Non rinominare il file.
2. Collegare la flashdrive al dispositivo, quindi andare nel menu USB. Selezionare “Aggiornamento con USB”.
3. Il processo di aggiornamento del firmware inizierà automaticamente. NON RIMUOVERE LA FLASHDRIVE DURANTE L’AGGIORNAMENTO!
4. Il dispositivo effettuerà un reboot una volta che l’aggiornamento firmware è stato completato .

You will need a USB Pen Drive for firmware installation. Copy «install.img » file from firmware foder to the root directory of your USB Pen Drive.
STEP 2: Connect the USB Pen Drive
Plug the USB Pen Drive into one of the USB HOST ports of player
STEP 3: Hold the STANDBY button
Press and hold the STANDBY button on the front panel, and do not loosen.
STEP 4: Connect the power cable
Plug the power cable into the DC IN jack, turn on power switch, wait about 5 seconds or more, and then loosen your finger on the STANDBY button.
Firmware installation will start in about 15 seconds. If it is connected to a TV set, the similar page will appear on the TV screen.
Please wait about 10 minutes, the installation will be completed.
Data partition in this model is in NTFS file system. From your Mac, you need a software (like NTFS-3G) to be able to write on NTFS partitions. Once it's done, you can then copy data directly to the Movie Cube through USB connection.
